Dataverse information event

The aim of the event is to raise the profile of Dataverse repositories and to familiarize data curators, IT system administrators and other interested parties with the Dataverse software, its use, benefits, as well as the process of preparing and publishing data in the repository. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the principles of data curation, repository management and Dataverse configuration options.

The briefing will be led in person by Gustavo Durand and Philip Durbin, Dataverse software developers from Harvard University with many years of experience working with Dataverse repository software, and will be joined remotely by Sonia Barbosa, Associate Director of Dataverse Support, Data Curation, and the Murray Archive Search.

We invite applications from anyone interested in raising awareness of the Dataverse as a secure and accessible platform for long-term data preservation and publishing!
